In the Funk and Wagnalls dictionary "monopoly" is the exclusive control of a commodity, service or means of production in a particular market with the resulting power to fix prices.
On what planet is this not an advantage to Ritz and the anti-single desk farmers?
It's strange that the agriculture minister is steam rolling this weakening of the CWB legislation through parliament against the wishes of the majority of farmers at the same time as the Libyan president Gaddafi is run off for using similar tactics.
