Sunday was a great day for local stock car racing fans as the Parkland Racing Association held races at the Yellowhead International Speed-way. Thunderstock and Streetstock events were run as well as a ladies and mechanics race to round out what was a solid day of racing at the Yellowhead track.
Big winners of the day were Dustin Randall, Ryan Atkings and Jen Atkings took the lone ladies glory by winning the ladies race heat.
All in all it was a good, clear day which made for some good racing as track conditions were prime and drivers didn't have to worry about any potential rain with clear skies and sun as the events forecast.
Results for the day are as follows:
Thunderstock winners;
Heat 1; 8x Dustin Randall
Heat 2; 8x Dustin Randall
Heat 3; 8x Dustin Randall
