PDAP forms available at City Hall

Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) forms are now available at City Hall, main floor for pickup from 8 am to 6 pm today through Friday and then during regular business hours (8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday).

Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) forms are now available at City Hall, main floor for pickup from 8 am to 6 pm today through Friday and then during regular business hours (8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday). PDAP calls should be directed to 306-786-1723.

In terms of sewage damage, please contact your insurance provider. For seepage damage you may be eligible for provincial disaster relief through the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP). The City has been approved for PDAP assistance and PDAP covers up to 95% of eligible expenses. Please note the following:

Labour costs are based on minimum wage ($12.00 / hour).

Individuals should take photographs and keep track of hours of labor etc. to include in a claim.

Any photographs included with your claim will not be returned.

Once forms have been completed and signed they may be returned to City Hall or sent directly to the Province.

Here is a link to the preliminary list of businesses/contractors for remediation purposes. The list is also available at the Building Services Department on the second floor of City Hall.
