The Sacred Heart High School Senior Saints boys returned from the University of Regina Saskatchewan High Schools Athletic Association (SHSAA) Speak up for Sportsmanship Invitational Basketball Tournament having claimed a third place finish.
Friday SHHS narrowly triumphed over Regina Johnson Collegiate 62-55. Mark Kuemper led the way with 18 points in the game.
Saturday Saskatoon Evan Hardy downed the Saints 76-62. Kuemper claimed the scoring title for Sacred Heart with 16 points.
The Saints claimed third place at the tournament with a 60-46 win over Humboldt. Logan Coutts came up big for Sacred Heart with 25 points in the game.
