At the ECD district championships, which were held in Canora on March 4 and 5, the junior girls won their first game against Melville St. Henry's with a score of 33-24.

Then they faced Esterhazy in their second game and won 47-43 to advance to the championship final.

The Junior Lady Saints fell to Kamsack 36-34 to claim the silver medal.
