To the Editor:
Canadians are called to "STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES" when they vote May 2.
YOU are given credit to be able to decide which MP you are going to HIRE in your constituency and pay $130,000.00 annual salary, perks and wealthy pension each year.
YOU don't need - nor want - any TV broadcaster, newspaper reporter, letter-to-editor-writer, TV pundits, newspaper editorialists, Mike at the PUB, or barber or hair dresser to try to influence you.
YOU will be HIRING an MP who will be part of the Management Team to manage the affairs of our country, and YOU have the ability to judge for yourself.!
Never let anybody take that away from you. STAND TALL! But be sure you get the correct facts not rumor to base your decision.
Collectively we should HIRE a Management Team that will give us the option to FIRE our MP as well after a two year span rather than be forced to wait until the next election.
If one checks the platforms now offered by the Parties, one can see, that the CONSERVATIVES are the only party offering that choice, and also offer to make the many changes desired, and demanded by Canadians if they are given a majority.
