UCT AA Bantams advance to league final

The Yorkton UCT Bantam AA Terriers downed the Regina Canucks two games to none in a best of three games series to advance to the South Sask. Minor Hockey League B final. Yorkton won the first game in Regina Saturday 6-1.

The Yorkton UCT Bantam AA Terriers downed the Regina Canucks two games to none in a best of three games series to advance to the South Sask. Minor Hockey League B final.

Yorkton won the first game in Regina Saturday 6-1. Yorkton Marksmen were Turner Ottenbreit, Colton Dudar, Levi Morin, Korwin Shewchuk, Caleb Sutter and Riley Rozdeba who each scored one goal.

Ottenbreit, Korwin Shewchuk, Sutter, Jared Hilderman, Kholton Shewchuk, Tanner Mak and Tristen Mundt were each credited with an assist in the game.

Sunday afternoon the Bantam AA Terriers won the second game in the series 4-1 to sweep the series in two games.

Ottenbreit, Korwin Shewchuk, Sutter, and Hilderman each notched one goal to clinch the game and series.

Mak was credited with a pair of assists while Rozdeba earned one assist in the game at the Farrell Agencies Arena.

The Bantam Terriers await the winner of the Melville/Moose Jaw series to play for the South Sask. Minor Hockey League B championship.
