Kholton Shewchuk earned a pair of assists while Josh Rohatynsky was credited with an assist in the game.

The Bantam Terriers battled at the Graham Tuer Bantam AA Challenge over the Remembrance Day weekend.

Rylan Palchewich was named game star in the team's first and second games Thursday and Friday.

Turner Ottenbreit earned the game star title in the third game on Friday.

Tanner Mak claimed a game star accolade in the fourth game Saturday and Caleb Sutter was named game star in the fifth and final game Saturday.

The Yorkton UCT Bantam AA Terriers are going to become national celebrities soon. Team manager Dave Sutter reports that one of the team sponsors, Scotiabank, entered the team in a draw to introduce a CBC Hockey Night in Canada game. The CBC cameraman filmed the bantams. Nine players will speak scripted lines to introduce the November 19 Hockey Night in Canada game. "Make sure you tune in and you can hear our local stars introduce the NHL stars," urges Sutter.

Yorkton Scotiabank manager Susan Stewardson says the branch sponsors a hockey team in its community every year. This year the bank sponsored the UCT Bantam AA Terriers, she notes. Because of that sponsorship the team was entered into a random draw to open an NHL game on Hockey Night in Canada, Stewardson adds.

A hockey fan herself, Stewardson says, "I grew up in a hockey rink. I actually had the good fortune of being around hockey most of my life."

Hockey Night in Canada was something she watched regularly. "It was something that was really big in our home the whole time I was growing up and my brother played hockey for a number of years," she closes.

CBC Regina television cameraman Neil Cochrane, in Yorkton to film the Scotia Kids as they introduce the Hockey Night in Canada opening, says local fans can catch the Yorkton Bantam Terriers on one of three games that evening.
