The Yorkton Motorcycle Club (YMC) turned in a strong showing at the second round of the Saskatchewan Motocross series held at Assiniboia over the weekend.
Former Yorkton motocross riders, the Biro brothers, currently riding out of Moose Jaw, continue to dominate their classes with Kirk claiming first place in the 50cc, 4-6 age class, brother Jarret taking first in the Peewee class and Kyle topping the field in the 85cc, 12-16 age class as well as the Super Mini class.
Yorkton's Kennedy Lutz is knocking on the door with a pair second place finishes chasing Jarret Biro in the 85cc, 7-8 class and right behind current class leader Denaye Giroux who continues to dominate the Ladies' class.
Zachary Hudy is moving up nicely, capturing a pair of first place finishes in the Junior MX-2 class and the Youth class while claiming second place in the Super Mini class.
