Nineteen-year-old Gabriel Poundmaker of North Battleford who was being sought for Break, Enter & Theft over $5,000 and Theft under $5,000 was arrested by Yorkton R.C.M.P on August 14 when he was encountered by officers on patrol.

Poundmaker had been charged in relation to a break and enter to a business in Leoville, Saskatchewan on August 10.

The accused was remanded into custody and was to appear in North Battleford court on Wednesday, August 18 at 9:00 a.m. RCMP say this matter and numerous other thefts of ATM's in the province remain under investigation and more information will be released upon availability.
