He's living the dream. Yorkton resident Richard Boychuk is the latest on the list of Saskatchewan lottery winners.
On November 27 Boychuk purchased a $5 Quick Pick LOTTO 6/49 ticket from the Shell station located at 140 Smith Street East. After Saturday's draw he checked on his computer for the winning numbers. He knew he had won something but had no idea how much.
"I thought it was worth something big. When I went to the store I took my daughter along in case I couldn't drive. I couldn't believe I won!" he exclaims.
Boychuk's ticket matched five main numbers and the Bonus to win the game's second prize of $108,818.50.
"I'm looking forward to an early retirement," he says, "This makes finances easier."
