The Yorkton Terriers harvest took place Monday. For several years now the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League franchise has had crop planted, cared for and harvested through donations and volunteers as a major fundraiser.

Harvest progressing well

Cool and wet weather during the week slowed down harvest operations. Sixty per cent of the 2015 crop is now combined and 28 per cent is swathed or ready to straight-cut, according to Saskatchewan Agriculture’s Weekly Crop Report.
