The goods coming out of the Outlook Bakery are delicious and sweet, but the local business winning an online contest later this summer would be even sweeter.
The bakery is entered in the ‘Sweetest Bakery in Canada’ contest, sponsored by Dawn Food Products. The contest is described as “the most important election of your lifetime, according to your sweet tooth”, and encourages people to support their local bakeries in order to help them gain local and national recognition and “highlight their baking superiority.”
People can go online and vote once a day per device for their favorite bakeries, or they can even visit the business itself to log their votes every day.
The grand prize includes a full-page advertisement announcement in Bakers Journal and a celebration party for staff and customers.
