Random acts of kindness can actually help reduce stress. A Rama male resident escorted a female driver, who was having car problems, back to her hometown, which is a 10-minute commute. He wanted to ensure that she got back home safely and didn't stall somewhere alone along the highway. The vehicle had to be boosted a few times and the woman did get home safely. I won't name the gentleman’s name but I do believe that acts of kindness benefit everyone.
