Yorkton Rural RCMP are asking the public for their assistance in the following investigation: Sometime between June 19 and June 23, 2014, a large 45 kilowatt generator was stolen from Ungar Construction yard in Theodore, SK.

STARS initiates first air transfusion service

The Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS) is the first medical service in Canada to begin stocking blood in advance for life-saving transfusions on air medical missions. The STARS base in Saskatoon is now the third base to come on line.
