The (UCWLA) Ukrainian Women's League Association held a bake sale at the St. Mary's Cultural Centre on March 16. The UCLWA provided baking goods for purchase, as well as hosting a spring tea for the hundreds of shoppers.
The event featured prepared goods such as perogies, cabbage rolls, dainties, buttered lambs, Easter bread, and a variety of prize draws for Easter basket goodies.
The event helps raise money to support local scholarships and events that contribute to the Catholic Women's mission statement.
