Melville/Ituna RCMP submitted this photo taken at a Highway 15 rail crossing between Leross and Ituna.
A semi trailer carrying square bales became caught on a snowdrift at the crossing and was struck by a westbound freight train while the 41-year-old driver attempted to move the truck. He was taken to the Fort Qu'Appelle hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
