On Thursday, September 29 almost 100 participants came together to start a movement of change, by moving their hips. ForeverFit held Feel The Beat Zumbathon, in their start of a three phase project to enable Ekayir Kayage-Our Village orphanage in the District of Uganda out of poverty.

The three hour Zumbathon demonstrated ForeverFit's most popular class for the newest spin on cardio aerobics by infusing latin dancing into the mix. While a regular class at ForeverFit lasts an hour long, this 'marathon' of Zumba raised $1809.57 Our Village orphanage.

Manager of ForeverFit Katelyn Wilson states "This was a great way for Yorkton to become aware of the project we've started, and believe me this is just the start. The participants may not realize but they have already made a tremendous impact on this orphanage that supports roughly 100 orphans, with no running water, and unreliable electricity"
