Mr. Speaker, colleagues and visitors, I am honoured to rise today to deliver our government's 2013-14 Budget for the people and Province of Saskatchewan. This is our government's sixth budget, and my third as Minister of Finance.

Social Work Week

Social Services Minister June Draude proclaimed the week of March 17-23 as Social Work Week in Saskatchewan. This year's theme is "Social Workers: Defending Social Programs for a Stronger Canada".
