The mother of a Yorkton teenager who has been missing for three months made an emotional plea Friday in the hope of soliciting information about her daughter’s whereabouts.

Nine communities have been selected to receive funding for community beautification project through Community Futures Ventures. Community Futures Ventures has received overwhelming interest in its Community Beautification Works Project initiative.

A cheque for $855.00 was donated from the Yorkton Kidney walk held June 12. The donation was made by Audrey Parisloff Volunteer Coordinator for the walk to Ross Fisher Yorkton Health Foundation for the Yorkton Dialysis Unit. In addition, $590.

Each month a male and a female student is selected as the SHHS Saint of the Month. Saint of the Month students are nominated by staff and students of SHHS.
