November is Family Violence Awareness Month in Canada. Family violence refers to all forms of interpersonal conflict that can occur within the home environment, including both intimate partner violence and child abuse.

New fees for City information

It will be costing a bit more when requesting some information from the city. At its regular meeting Monday Yorkton Council upped the fees for certain public information. The first charge is the charge for the new Official Community Plan.
