Nineteen-year-old man arrested after allegedly taking woman, infant hostage in Flin Flon

Flin Flon RCMP have arrested a 19-year-old man after a brief hostage situation Sunday evening. RCMP received a report around 5:40 p.m. Feb. 7 of an armed man inside an apartment with a female and an infant inside he was refusing to allow leave.
