The Canora/Sturgis RCMP members are preparing citizens in the area for increased traffic enforcement.
The increased traffic enforcement will be targeting speeding, seatbelt violations, stop sign violations, and distracted driving offences. Locations of increased traffic enforcement will be chosen based on previous traffic enforcement statistics and where there have been numerous complaints of driving offences. The goal of the increased traffic enforcement will be to create safer roads in the community.
