A Canora resident was unharmed by an accident involving a semi that left his car unusable.
Rev. Joakim Rac was involved in an accident taking place on Highway No. 5 between Canora and Buchanan on January 12. A semi truck had two tires come off and hit Rac’s car, totalling the car, said Const. Taunya Kondratoff of the Canora/Sturgis RCMP detachment. Fortunately, despite the car sustaining large amounts of damage, both Rac and the truck driver were unharmed.
“Everybody was fine, and there were no injuries,” said Kondratoff.
