At approximately 10:45 am on June 10, 2021, White Butte RCMP responded to a complaint of a semi truck and trailer that tipped over in high winds on the Highway #10 overpass at Balgonie.
Shortly after that, a westbound truck and camper trailer also tipped over at the same location, blocking the westbound lane of Highway #10 onto Highway #1.
No injuries were reported in either incident. Westbound traffic was rerouted to Highway #364 while vehicles were moved, but all roads are now re-opened.
White Butte RCMP reminds motorists to drive cautiously in inclement weather, including high winds.
