SASKATOON — Saskatchewan's Highway Hotline indicates areas around and north of Highway 16 are experiencing less than optimal highway conditions due to continued precipitation.
With temperatures around zero, the area is experiencing rain and snow and highways are wet subject to freezing. They are described as under Winter Conditions (yellow on the Highway Hotline map). Before heading out, check the Highway Hotline.
