La Loche RCMP: One individual arrested, two others wanted

In relation to a shooting in La Loche

On July 29, 2019, La Loche RCMP received a report that a firearm had been discharged towards a vehicle that was parked outside of a business in La Loche, SK.

At the time of the incident, there were on adult female and one adult male inside the parked vehicle. when it was approached by three males who had arrived at the scene on an ATV. After a brief verbal exchange between the two parties, one of the males on the ATV pointed a firearm at the male passenger of the car.. The females then fled the scene and heard what they believed was a gunshot as they were driving away.

No injuries have been reported to police.

Three individuals were identified as suspects in relation to this incident. One is currently in custody.

23 year-old Troy Toulejour (DOB: 1995-11-17) was arrested and charged with the following offences under the Criminal Code (CC):

- Assault, Sec. 266 CC

- Assault with a weapon, Sec. 267(a) CC

- Two counts, point firearm, Sec. 87(2) CC

- Careless use of firearm, Sec. 86(1) CC

- Reckless discharge of firearm, Sec. 244.2(3) CC

- Operate vehicle while prohibited, Sec. 320.18(1)(a) CC

Toulejour has been remanded and will make his first appearance in La Loche Provincial Court on August 1, 2019.

29 year-old Ronald Gordon Park and 25 year-old Cody Blake Robertson of La Loche, SK are both wanted on warrant status. Police continue their efforts to locate them.

Both are considered armed and dangerous. They should not be approached.

Park is described as being approximately 5’8” tall, weighing 175 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

Robertson is described as being approximately 5’5” tall, weighing 140 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
