The Norquay Kin Club Memorial Telemiracle auction and supper were held on February 27 at the Norquay Communiplex. In spite of the weather a large crowd braved the blizzard and came out.
The auctioneer was Larry Buchinsky. The turkeys for the deep fried turkey supper were donated by Prairie Soil Services and were cooked by Kin Club members. A large variety of donated items were bid on at both the silent and live auction. But no total was available as of noon on Monday.
Some of the club members will be attending the Kinsmen Telemiracle telecast on the weekend in Regina, when the total amount raised will be known.
