Sask. ICE Unit and FBI charge Outlook man with child porn offences

Sask. ICE and FBI worked together to investigate and arrest a 30-year-old Outlook man.

OUTLOOK - The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit working in conjunction with the FBI from the Dade County office has charged a 30-year-old Outlook man with child pornography offences. 

On Oct. 24 members of the ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Outlook, identified as the location where the offences were occurring. Electronic devices were seized for further forensic analysis.

As a result of police investigation, Clayton Lee Casper, has been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, luring, and distributing child pornography.  He was released from custody on numerous conditions. The charges against Casper haven't been tested in court. 

The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service, and Prince Albert Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the Internet.
