Saskatoon Police investigating armed robbery

Three unknown persons had robbed a 27-year-old man at gunpoint of his belongings and vehicle.

SASKATOON - On Dec. 9 at around 1 a.m., police were called to the 500 block of Avenue X South for a report of an armed robbery.

Upon arriving, officers learned that three unknown persons had robbed the victim, a 27-year-old man, at gunpoint of his belongings and vehicle. Hours later, the Saskatchewan RCMP notified the Saskatoon Police Service that they had recovered the stolen vehicle stuck in the snow near Warman with three people inside; the trio, two males and a female, 20, 18, and 16, respectively, were arrested without incident by the Saskatchewan RCMP.

The investigation into the armed robbery is continuing and charges have not yet been laid.
