OUTLOOK – The Elbow RCMP Detachment was hit by vandals with what police describe as graffiti that contained vulgar, anti-police statements.
Outlook/Elbow RCMP investigation determined two individuals spray-painted the exterior of the building at approximately 12:30 a.m. June 4.
The individuals had their heads and faces covered during this incident.
The Outlook/Elbow RCMP Detachment was vandalized in a similar way on Aug. 21, 2022. The investigation into that incident also continues.
