New hair salon opens doors in Preeceville
Charlene Tvait of Preeceville opened a new hair salon, known as Charlene's Shear Perfection, on September 5. The location of the new salon is 29 Second Avenue NE. Tvait, who was raised in Porcupine Plain, graduated high school in 2015.
