Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.

Laketown Leaders next Bingo day is Thurs., Jan. 26 at 1:30 p.m. in the Stirling Room. This is a fun event and all are welcome. The Saltcoats Seniors regular club meeting is Mon., Feb. 6 at 10:00 am.

Happy New Year Everybody! Congratulations to the Cougars on their recent wins. A nice way to end the year. Be sure to attend the next game on Fri., Jan. 6 against Churchbridge and Saturday against Whitewood, both at 8 p.m. in the Bredenbury rink.

On Dec. 4, 2011, the Calder Good Neighbour Centre held their Christmas Party and Birthday Party.

The Village of Dubuc and the local Housing Authority Board held a joint Christmas Party on Nov. 30 at the Hut. There were 18 in attendance for a chicken supper catered by Kim Drozda of Stockholm..

The Bredenbury United Church would like to say a big, big, "Thank you" to the community and area for their support of our annual Craft Show; to those who moved tables and helped set up, those who donated desserts and baking for the Bake Table workers

Visiting Mary Soltys over Thanksgiving long weekend was her daughter Donna and her husband Randy Flatt from Thompson, Manitoba. Also her granddaughter Terria and her husband Kevin Kitsch from Kansas, USA.

Bredenbury will be the first stop in Saskatchewan on Canadian Pacific Railway's Holiday Train tour this Christmas.
