Dear Editor: As a family physician my practice is about the valued relationships between me and my patients. I have spent my career getting to know each of them, and I appreciate the trust they have in me.

To the Editor: I believe there should be no charge involved for parking at a hospital as you are there because you are ill or visiting someone who is. To my mind we are being penalized for being sick.

We are now on the eve of December, and the last City Council meeting of November passed Monday, and there is still not a first look at the 2019 budget.
