As I write this article on Monday night, I’m left to ponder what to make of Brad Wall’s statement that would seem to indicate Saskatchewan residents can expect to see an increase in sales tax going forward.

The next meeting of the Yorkton and District Horticultural Society will be on Wednesday, April 19. at 7:00 p.m. at SIGN on North Street.

As I sit here typing this, a landmark day for me is fast approaching. Depending on when you pick up this fine newspaper and read this column, it may have already passed. This coming Monday, March 27 will be my ‘professional anniversary’.
