So we are a week away from the unveiling of the 2014-15 Saskatchewan Budget. It might be the most under-anticipated budget in the province's history.

There's really not much good to be found in today's grain transportation crisis - a body blow to an optimistic farming community and to rural Saskatchewan as a whole.

Dear Editor: Politicians, some producers and farm leaders have very short memories. The last time railway workers went on strike was 2002. However the railways' owners have almost continually threatened to work to rule if they did not get more money.
