RE: Recycling Dear Editor, I read with interest the Letter to the Editor entitled “Recycling” written by Marlene Torvik of Saskatoon.

The results of the 2019 Campaign of Outlook Donors’ Choice, while generally satisfactory, perplex the seven-member executive board. In 2019, citizens donated $37,425—the fifth lowest amount in the past six years.

A special concert this weekend, hosted by the Outlook and District Music Festival, will honor 40 years of the festival in the community.
