ROCKFORD — There will be a planned power outage for people in Rockford this afternoon.

"A planned outage is scheduled on Jan. 18 from 1 p.m to 4 p.m. affecting customers in Rockford and surrounding rurals west of Endeavour," said SaskPower on their outage update website.
