The Canora RCMP Detachment is looking for the public's assistance in regards to a armed robbery that took place at the Lucky Lunn Hotel in Canora. The robbery took place at approximately 9 p.m. Dec. 24, by a lone male.

It is still nearly a dozen days until Christmas as this week’s editorial is being typed, which really is the time when the season should be its brightest.
