Punnichy RCMP: Armed suspects arrested on scene following break-and-enter

On Sept. 18, 2019, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Punnichy RCMP received the report of a break-and-enter and theft at a residence. A single officer from the detachment responded and met the homeowner at the residence.

In Yorkton Provincial Court on Sept.19, a youth charged in the murder of Colin Focht has plead not guilty. The seventeen-year-old, who cannot be named due to his age, has elected a trial with judge alone in Court of Queen’s Bench.
