Emergency crews called to capsized paddleboat at Boundary Dam

Local emergency crews were called to Boundary Dam Monday afternoon at about 2:30 p.m. for a report of a capsized watercraft. Members of the Estevan RCMP, the Estevan Fire Rescue Service and other crews arrived in the area.
