Dear Editor, Have you been to Klean Cut Meats yet? I drove past many times last autumn thinking I should stop in and see what the new business has to offer. I finally did and I am glad I did. The little meat shop has wonderful meat.

Viterra Senior Bowl rolls into Yorkton
One of the biggest football events in the province is making its way to Yorkton for the first time in its history. Yorkton is hosting the Viterra Senior Bowl on May 25-27. Football Saskatchewan organizes the event.

AA Midget run stopped in Regina
The Yorkton Kinsmen AA Midget season has come to an end. The Terriers had topped the South Saskatchewan Minor Hockey League’s AA Midget Division, and manoeuvred through the playoffs to the league final against the Regina Rangers.

Editorial - Disguised taxes will still impact

Closing arguments delivered in fraud case
In Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench on Friday, closing arguments were presented in the case of Gregor Gmerek, who is accused of fraud, forgery and uttering a forged document during his time as an employee at Prairie Livestock in Moosomin.
