Terriers make trade deadline moves
The Yorkton Terriers were in Weyburn to face the Red Wings Saturday in Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League action. After a scoreless first period the Wings took a lead in the second as Erik Olson struck on the powerplay at the 16:57 mark.

Winter games volunteers needed
Young athletes from Yorkton, Melville, and Esterhazy will be competing at the Saskatchewan Winter Games (SWG) at North Battleford February 18-24. They’ll be curling, bowling, figure skating, and competing in 14 other sports.
