Yorkton This Week

With great sadness, the family of John Choptuik announce his passing from this life, into the heavens above on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the Yorkton & District Nursing Home. John was 87 years young.

Mrs. Lillian Elaschuk of Regina, formerly of Yorkton, passed away on December 2, 2016 at the age of 89 years. Lillian Agnes Elaschuk was born on January 21, 1927 at Wakaw, SK, a daughter of John and Barbara (nee Budai) Graczo.

Ret'd RCMP Staff Sgt. Alex (Al) Herchuk - On Monday, November 28, 2016 with family at his side, Alex received "Anointing of the Sick" and peacefully passed on at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. He was 85 years of age.
