Legal arguments in a trial pitting the local public and Catholic school divisions against each other have finally wrappedup after more than a decade.

Supporters of Team Parkland Valley packed St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Cultural Centre for a pep rally to send the close to 200 athletes, coaches and managers off to the 2016 Saskatchewan Summer Games on the right foot.

To the credit of this Saskatchewan Party government, it has generally stayed out of the way of small business.

Saturday, July 16th at Douglas Park in Regina with 18 teams from across the province competing in 4 Divisions. Yorkton Special Olympics bocce teams did well.
