Yorkton This Week

The Yorkton Film Festival (YFF) is not just four days at the end of May.

The Calder Good Neighbour Center has been very busy the last few months. Here are some of the winners from the whist drive: Norman Wozny, Anne Mostoway, Marge Mankish, low Judy Pryslak. The Pot of Gold winners are Mildred Danylko and Marjory Mankish.

Merle Louise Larson (nee Hall) was born on November 23, 1943 in Yorkton, SK, the daughter of Fred and Louise Hall. She grew up on the family farm with three brothers, Warren and Graham who were twins and Earl who was Merle's twin brother.
