Regina– In a little over two weeks since Christmas, Saskatchewan’s COVID-19 numbers have erased all the reductions in new case counts that had been achieved by greater restrictions imposed at the end of November.

When it came to 2020, nothing was normal, playing board games included. For huge stretches of the years gathering with buds to play games just never made a lot of sense in terms of health.

In Yorkton, and the world, there is nothing that defined 2020 more than the COVID-19 virus. It was March when the first reaction to the virus happened.

As of January 10, a total of 7,929 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Saskatchewan.

It’s behind us now, 2020. Looking over our shoulder at the calendar most people are ready to toss, some would say, “It was the worst of times, it was the worst of times.” (Sorry, Charles Dickens). Some of us (myself included) lost loved ones.

Harold Nilsonof Esterhaxy has been located deceased just before noon today. Nilson of hadn’t been seen since the morning on Jan 4.

As of January 9, a total of 6,964 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Saskatchewan.

The Office of the Saskatchewan Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) released an Investigation Report examining the eHealth Saskatchewan cyberattack reported on January 10, 2020.
