Death of four people near Neudorf a murder-suicide, say RCMP

Melville RCMP had responded to a request for a wellness check at a rural home near Neudorf on March 24. Officers found four deceased adults inside the home.

A 34-year-old man died as a result of self-inflicted injuries. 

NEUDORF – The death of four family members near Neudorf was a murder-suicide, say Saskatchewan RCMP.

A 67-year-old man, a 58-year-old woman, and a 30-year-old man died as the result of homicide. A 34-year-old man died as a result of self-inflicted injuries. 

Their families have been updated on the investigation and victim services have been made available to them.

Police say they aren’t seeking any additional suspects and don’t anticipate that any charges will be laid.
