Update: P. A. police arrest third person in Tristan Chaboyer's 2020 murder

The Prince Albert Police Service Criminal Investigation Division has investigated the disappearance of Tristan Chaboyer since he was reported missing on Sept. 10, 2020.

PRINCE ALBERT – Update Sept. 8: On Sept. 7, with the assistance of the Moose Jaw Police Service, 32-year-old Allan Genereaux was arrested in Moose Jaw. He has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder and indignity to human remains.

The Prince Albert Police Service Criminal Investigation Division has investigated the disappearance of Tristan Chaboyer since he was reported missing on Sept. 10, 2020. The investigation remains ongoing and further updates will be provided as they develop.

Original post Aug. 24: On Tuesday, police arrested two people and charged with accessory after the fact to murder in the death of 24-year-old Tristan Chaboyer.

Kyle Charles, 45, and Harley Bear, 28, make their first appearance in Prince Albert Provincial court on Aug. 24.

In September 2020, Chaboyer was reported as missing to Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS). In November 2020, his remains were found in a wooded, rural area east of Prince Albert. In June 2021, PAPS said his disappearance was determined to be a homicide.
