Police charge man after single-vehicle rollover on Circle Drive

At approximately 2 a.m., on Oct. 7, Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) patrol officers and members of the Collision Analyst Unit responded to a single-vehicle collision in the eastbound lanes of Circle Drive between Clarence Avenue and Preston Avenue.

SASKATOON – An 18-year-old Medicine Hat, Alta., man has been arrested following a single-vehicle rollover on the weekend.

At approximately 2 a.m., on Oct. 7, Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) patrol officers and members of the Collision Analyst Unit responded to a single-vehicle collision in the eastbound lanes of Circle Drive between Clarence Avenue and Preston Avenue. Both occupants, a man and a woman, were transported to hospital.

Further investigation found the vehicle had been reported stolen from Calgary.

After being assessed in hospital, the accused was taken to SPS detention. He is charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, obstruction, and breach of court-imposed conditions.
